1. What we collect
When you create an account we collect your name and email address. When you use the Service we store the strategy configurations, backtests, and bot settings you create. When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are collected and processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. If you connect a brokerage account, we store the access credentials needed to operate your bots.
2. How we use it
We use your information to operate the Service: authenticating you, running your backtests and bots, billing your subscription, and sending service-related email (such as receipts or important account notices). We do not sell your personal information.
3. Third-party processors
The Service is built on the following providers, which process data on our behalf: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Neon (database hosting), Vercel (application hosting), Railway (job processing), and Alpaca (market data and brokerage, where you connect an account). Each processes only the data needed for its function, under its own privacy policy.
4. Cookies
We use cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
5. Data retention
Your data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal information and created content are deleted, except where retention is required for legal or accounting purposes (for example, invoice records held by Stripe).
6. Your rights
You can access and update your account information at any time, and you may request a copy or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable privacy law, including the Australian Privacy Principles.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, credentials are managed by dedicated providers (Clerk, Stripe), and access to production systems is restricted. No method of storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or email.
